    Newport News-based Langley Federal Credit Union opened in September a branch at 4625 Virginia Beach Blvd, Suite 197, in Town Center in Virginia Beach. Langley Federal has a lease on the 4,700-square-foot space, according to Fred Hagerman, the credit union's senior vice president and chief marketing officer.

    Divaris Real Estate reports Dunkin Donuts purchased a 3,412-square-foot commercial building on .916 acres of land at 5284 Providence Road in Virginia Beach from Wells Fargo Bank for $1,025,000. The franchisee will renovate the existing building that was formerly used as a bank branch.

While consumer scores typically recover, they drop an average of 15 points and take about 160 days to hit lows.

This meeting includes local, state, federal, and private sector partners, including Virginia state agency partners, floodplain managers, emergency managers, realtors, lenders, and insurance agents from across the Commonwealth to engage in a critical discussion on increasing flood insurance coverage in Virginia and reducing flood risk.

    Alexandria officials are confident housing prices and rental rates won't become unbearable when Amazon sets up shop in Crystal City - even with skyrocketing rent in Seattle, where the online retailer has deep roots. "People have looked at Seattle and said that's what's going to happen in Northern Virginia, but we're a different environment," said Alexandria City Manager Mark Jinks at a Nov. 19 informational session about Amazon's plans for Crystal City, and Virginia Tech's plans to establish an innovation campus nearby in the Potomac Yard section of Alexandria.

The home, located at 5984 State Route 26 outside Marietta, was refurbished and repaired by Habitat.
